Trained new employees on inspection equipment including programmatic software (PCDMIS, QUINDOS, ZONE3, ZYGO, TAYLOR HOBSON, STARRETT). Generate & present highly technical presentations showcasing data/methods for an assortment of projects. Collaborate with physicist, engineering, & machinist teams to develop and define all GD&T requirements for manufacturability and inspect-ability of designs or fabricated part/piece components/assemblies. Providing expert feedback/advice to customers regarding inspection equipment & software capabilities i.e., equipment volumetric & tolerance capabilities. Engineer/design complex fixturing, & components via MasterCam to more effectively & safely hold parts/inspection equipment during inspection processes. Create elaborate fixturing for multipart application to increase productivity and utilize automated inspection equipment to its fullest capacity. Develop & implement process improvements for departmental/systemic efficiency. With continual growth in mind provide annual shop floor plans/layout to improve efficiency, reduce clutter & redundancy utilizing ‘5s’ practices. Provide management with annual feedback on employee development & efficiency.
