Developed and deployed vision system for online label verification. - Lead all SQF, FDA, and customer quality auditing compliance.

- Responsible for quality assurance and quality control operations of the 300k+ sqft Marlborough plant including seven high speed bottling lines(retail and FS) and seven PC lines.- Managed 7 QC technicians and 1 QA foreman, analytical product testing, internal and external and 3rd party auditing, process improvement, efficiency Improvement.- Marlborough plant SQF practitioner with an abundant knowledge of SQF code, regulations and auditing procedures.

- Conducted and lead R&D/Continuous Improvement research project, which lead the transition from pH endpoint titration testing to a more accurate and cost effective potentiometric titration.- Worked with principal scientists to develop prototype juices, and consumer sensory testing.
