Responsible for the configuration, utilization and administration of the CF global PI system. This includes working closely with all sites to satisfy data needs and monitor all PI systems to ensure the highest availability possible. I also work with sites to implement new data streams. into the PI system. This may include LIMS systems, field data or other data sources. Me and my team are also helping CF to begin the advanced analytics journey. We leverage the PI system as our single source of truth for all analysis. The majority of the analysis reside in PI AF however we integrated an rShiny environment that sources data from PI to perform analytics PI AF is not capable of.I led a team that designed. implemented and standardized production reporting system for the production sites. This platform facilitates seamless and fast production data sharing with corporate's shipping, ERP and other finance systems using the PI system.

Led and worked closely with the CF business and IT teams to implement a cyber security strategy that spanned across all North American production sites. The team was under a tight deadline and was able to deliver 12 new virtual environments within 2 new Windows domains in an 8 month timeframe. This consisted of multiple firewalls, servers and network hardware that was distributed, installed and configured at each of the 6 sites.

Responsible for developing business in a fairly new industrial data field. Managed multiple projects at time and worked diligently to educate my customers in "what's possible" with data. Installed multiple PI systems for various industries to include oil and gas, academia, chemical and utilities. Worked closely with some customers to leverage the Microsoft Azure environment to collect data across the globe with the Osisoft PI system.

Responsible for overall support and maintenance of network architecture, systems analysis, process data, process data analysis and communications infrastructure.Projects:1. Implemented SharePoint 2010 and integrated with OSI PI system. 2. Installed and configured StackVision (Environmental Services Corporation) data acquisition systems on 4 AOP plants. The StackVision systems were needed to meet very stringent EPA requirements on NOx emissions. The installation included the automation of 12 validation points (calibration gases) which occur on a daily basis.3. Utilized InfoPath forms published to SharePoint to capture analytical data that was produced by the plants and lab. The data is pushed to PI, from the forms using web services, for analysis and/or report automation4. Implement handheld PC’s that operators use for equipment inspections. The data collected by the handhelds was sent to PI for analysis, calculations and alerting. SharePoint was utilized to allow the operators to view the PI data through digital versions of their paper forms.5. Developed methods to calculate real time KPI’s for all plants and water systems using OSIsoft PI system and PI AF. The KPI’s are visualized and edited via SharePoint. a. Managed a virtualization project of approx. 25 servers to a 3 host VMWare environment. b. Managed a VLAN project to improve performance, security and VOIP integration within CF's network. The network consisted of approximately 30 Cisco switches, 20 Cisco access points, 4 firewalls, 3 edge routers and a VMWare environment with virtual switching.Highlights:1.
