• Led efforts to modernize the data infrastructure at the CTA, played an instrumental role in creating a data warehouse from scratch using the Amazon Web Services platform.• Worked directly with business leaders to improve key aspects of supply chain infrastructure, using statistical methods and advanced dashboard reporting techniques.• Analyzed multiple years of historical and ongoing cost data to create a predictive model for part prices, with the goal to drastically reduce unnecessary procurement costs.• Developed reporting criteria for ridership of all CTA and Pace Bus vehicles, worked with vendor to integrate Ventra Contactless SmartCard data into the CTA Data Warehouse Environment.

• Manage all committees, users, support requests, training programs, and all Voter Activation Network (VAN) organization and voter targeting duties in the state of Wisconsin.• Consulted with stakeholders to analyze the results of the 2012 election and determine key areas of focus for the 2014 midterms.• Analyzed the performance of different demographics and municipalities in the 2010, 2011, and 2012 elections to help inform strategic decisions in 2014 using R, T-SQL, and QuantumGIS software.• Assisted the Terry McAuliffe Gubernatorial campaign at special request in November of 2013, and performed critical campaign planning, targeting, and data analysis while embedded.• Designed, implemented, and managed the statewide petition database following 2011-2012 recalls, a system which ultimately contained over 980,000 unique records.• Coordinated the Wisconsin Governor and State Senate recall petition distribution, designed data entry reporting forms and guidelines, performed staff trainings to ensure data was captured efficiently and accurately• Trained and managed as many as 120 volunteers and 25 staff simultaneously during peak data entry shifts.

I analyzed voter and volunteer data for Obama’s Presidential Campaign, and helped determine overall targeting strategy.I created lists of key targeted voters and volunteers for field staff throughout the entire state, designed and produced daily reports on volunteer and voter activity in key demographic and geographic areas, and worked with Data Directors and Field Staff from other states to form a comprehensive Out Of State Call and Volunteer Program for Wisconsin.I worked in Staff HQ through election day, aiding in real-time statewide election day analysis.

Managed winning campaigns in both Wisconsin's 80th State Assembly District and Dane County's 16th Supervisor District.Set up an office in Green County, recruited and managed over 40 volunteers, oversaw an $80,000 campaign budget, directed funds to complete critical campaign objectives.Developed the campaign plan and fully managed the candidate's schedule, organized and ran canvasses, literature drops, phone banks, candidate call time, and other field duties.Maintained an accurate database of Votebuilder, DonorVault, and ActBlue data for future use.
