You can usually find me tinkering with the latest tech launches. I love modern technology so decided it would be fun to incorporate it into the janitorial industry to spice things up. How do I do this you ask? I’ve created an immersive 3D virtual experience that trains my employees to stay consistent and help solve our customers’ problems.I’ve been a part of the Servico family for over a decade and have worked all aspects of the company from sales to account management to general management and even cleaning. I decided to purchase the company from my uncle in 2016. As you may expect, there have been many situations that have helped define what type of owner I’ve become.However, at the core I’m just a people person, and that’s all it really comes down to. I feel it is essential to get to know someone for who they are, before you can truly help them.
