This Is Who I Am:My passion has always been in the Real Estate industry, starting out over 20 years ago with construction and progressing into the buying, renovating, and selling real estate. I believe that my background has served me well in my career of 18 years in the mortgage industry.Who Do I Help:I feel my primary role as a branch manager for Annie Mac Home Mortgage, is to help my team of professional loan officers succeed. My priority is, and will continue to be, providing the support necessary in order to recruit and retain professional loan officers who love their jobs as a result.I do that by providing them the best tools, the best processor, removing any road blocks to their success, and the motivation through an aggressive commission plan. I also pride myself on mentoring and coaching so that I’m managing on a do as I do instead of a do as I say basis. This Is How I Help My Staff:While Annie Mac has the ability to do business in many states, most of our business is in my home state of New Jersey.How I help my staff succeed is by helping them build relationships with Realtors, Title Companies, Attorneys, Financial planners, and contractors. As anyone in the mortgage industry can tell you, the industry is now predominately purchase business. It is my firm belief that it isn't enough to ask my staff to do something that I’m not willing to do as well. In many cases, I have made the connection and developed the relationship first, and then introduced I feel very strongly that my primary role as a branch manager with Annie Mac Home Mortgage, is my responsibility to ensure that there are no roadblocks to success for anyone on my staff.
