Serves as the 514th MP Company Operations NCO. Ensures that all communication and detailed information to operate the Company to success by mission accomplishment for 168 Soldiers. Effectively monitors, communicates and assists in enforcing mission critical production indicators, statistics, and solution plans; prepares the Tactical Operation Center for orders, drills, briefs, and rehearsals; receives and appropriately handles and distributes fragmentary Orders, Red Cross messages and Serious Incident Reports (SIRs); responsible for the accountability, maintenance and readiness of equipment in excess of $8 Million dollars

Patrols facility buildings and grounds for security and safety purposes. While on patrol will work independently using police security skills to respond to reports of crime, violence, traffic accidents, and conduct crime scene investigations. Be ready to defend yourself and/or others against physical attack and will be required to carry a firearm while performing duties, and must maintain firearm proficiency. Willapprehend, arrest, or direct the arrest of individuals who have violated Federal or state criminal codes. Prepare written official reports of each offense or event observed with accuracy using appropriate forms and procedures. Must maintain emotional and mental stability if physically assaulted or threatened as well in the day-to-day activities.
