I am a freelance artist/illustrator, educator, and entrepreneur based in the Pacific Northwest. My work is inspired by the folklore, wild beauty, and wonderfully odd milieu of folks who typify the place I call home. In the last 6 months, my wife and I started a pair of small art & apparel companies, Pinetooth Press, and Fun MTN, that keep me busy between client projects and exhibition opportunities. After earning my MFA from the University or Oregon, I was hired on as a full time adjunct and spent 2014-2016 teaching printmaking and drawing courses. I hope to continue to share my craft with students, young and old, as I build a career as a freelance artist. Currently, I am seeking a part or fulltime opportunity to work with an exciting company or creative firm in the Western United States or Canada and continue to gain experience and refine my craft. We do this by pairing exciting, cool designs (mostly designed in-house by Bryan) with the best garments available. To top it off, we print, alter and/or decorate everything locally right here and then proudly exclaim, "Made in the Cascades!" We do this out of our small, eco-considerate print shop in Winthrop, Washington. What we are NOT is a massive print house that slaps logos on shirts - we are focused instead on designing fashionable, comfortable apparel specific to the wonderful businesses, groups, and events that we work with.

Since beginning this position, I have taught 12 courses (as well as numerous independent study credits), helped coordinate and lead extracurricular activities (ranging from teaching art to high school groups, organizing local student art shows, and teaching at a local print studio), and I have helped supervise and train Graduate Teaching Fellows who teach courses in printmaking. -
