1. Provide food safety and end-product quality advise, guidance and expertise to customers and colleagues to ensure that the customer consistently achieves desired end-product quality levels •2. Participate in or drive cross-functional teams for activity in area of Food Safety/Quality •3. Contribute to development, promote, launch and implement food quality related service products (e g Quality Performance Analysis, Manage Aseptic Production etc) •4. Proactively keep updated on Hygiene (including applied microbiology) and Food safety standards including legislative and regulatory guidelines within Region and Globally•5. Conduct systematic troubleshooting using standard templates and procedures for any appropriate end-product quality and Food Safety issues.

As the only Tubular Heat Exchanger calculator of APV Asia, take responsibility of tubular and infusion heat exchanger design. Process design and on site project management and commissioning.Support the sales team and proposal team to provide sterilization solutions of dairy, beverage and brewage industry.Be involved in project quotation, processing technical design and also the equipments and production adjustment.Report directly to the engineering manager of APV Asia and Pacific.

Dairy product development including milk, yoghurt and milk powder products.Design and conduct the pilot scale productions of milk, yoghurt and milk powder products.Put forward and discuss the technical cooperation plans with domestic and overseas companies and institutes.Compose the application reports and perform the national and provincial science and technical research projects. Took responsibility of the conduction of research projects.
