I have over 30 years law enforcement experience, managing and supervising at all levels of the organization. I currently oversee the uniformed patrol division, coroner, major crimes, animal control and emergency communications center. Previously I have managed a multi agency drug task force, ensuring safety and compliance while investigating multi national drug trafficking organizations. These highly complex investigations included the use of undercover special agents as well as confidential human sources. I have over 20 years tactical experience. I served on our SWAT Team as an operator, assistant team leader, team leader and team commander. I have written several hundred search warrants and supervised the service of thousands of search warrants for various crimes. These include narcotics violations, financial crimes as well as homicide and robbery. I supervised our marijuana investigative team who was responsible for investigating large scale marijuana operations. This included aerial reconnaissance from rotary and fixed wing aircraft as well as on the ground surreptitious infiltration to gather evidence.
