Bryan Lynch focuses primarily on serving businesses and entrepreneurs in the banking, oil and gas, and technology industries. With substantial experience seeing clients through both transactions and contentious disputes in and out of court, Bryan has a breadth of knowledge that allows him to render bespoke advice to each client that fits their unique situation. Indeed, Bryan prides himself on building long term client relationships by attaining results that specifically further the client's individual business, financial, and personal goals. Since 2021, Bryan has been recognized as a Rising Star in Oklahoma in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers. Bryan joined Hall Estill in 2020 with an established record in commercial and banking litigation and business law. During his time at the University of Oklahoma, Bryan served as a Cortez A.M. Ewing Fellow, was a Letzeiser Honoree, and was inducted to Phi Beta Kappa. After graduating summa cum laude, Bryan matriculated to the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he served as an Assistant Executive Editor of the American Indian Law Review, and was twice a member of the school's National Moot Court Team, and was inducted into both the Order of the Barristers and the Oklahoma Chapter of the Order of the Coif.
