Bryan Rainbow has been working in the Architecture field since 1994. Experience includes a wide variety of project types from custom residential, retail stores, restaurants, banking, health care, multi-family housing, Public Schools, Office buildings, Office Remodels, and many other commercial types. He has been accountable for coordinating Civil, MEP, Structural as well as other specialty consultants. He has years of experience working on projects from DD to CD and into CA. He has been responsible for attending OAC meetings. Has conducted on site meeting with contractors and consultants, done site observations and field reports. He has also been responsible for reviewing and tracking of submittals with consultants along with other aspects of the construction process. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Blue Beam, Photoshop, PS Light Room, MS Office, Google Apps, and other programs. He has experience working with laser scanning, operating 3D MATTERPORT camera on several sites for pre-design photo documentation as well as 3D post construction walk thru. I also dabble with photography as one of my many hobbies.
