• Supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of goods, manage warehouse staff, delivery drivers, vehicles, and other equipment. • Inspect items and verify quantities to be received to purchase orders. Responsible for entering all receipts into Prophet 21 ERP system. • Document issues and contact vendors via email and notify them of receiving issues that need to be resolved, pulling errors, shortages, overages, damages, returns, etc.• Document and DocuLink photos into Prophet 21 ERP system any damaged items received and all LTL inbound and outbound shipments. • Inspect and check for accuracy all pick tickets prior to delivering orders to our customers to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction. • Oversee building and vehicle maintenance, dispatch drivers on deliveries and pickup of product in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. When needed, arrange overnight accommodations and route drivers for multiple pickups in and around the Houston area.• Responsible for verifying hours and inputting time sheet detail into “Time Guardian” for hourly employees and forwarding that information to our payroll department
