I am currently the CEO and Principal of Cornwall Alternative School. I lead our educational team that specializes in working with extremely complex youth and manage our non-profit business to support Regina and area educational needs.Previously, I was an administrator with SECPSD in a rural school where I was an instructional leader and collaborated with staff on meeting our community needs with best-practice education. My education career began teaching in various structured learning classrooms and extensive time at an inner-city high school. The development of creative programming and problem-solving barriers for engagement were my focus in education. Having broad professional education experience combined with my previous experience working in EMS, the food and hospitality industry, and multiple leadership roles as a multisport coach has given me a wealth of experience to draw from. As an expert problem solver and critical thinker, I have been responsible for developing partnerships, strategic planning, and setting our educational direction.I look forward to developing relationships and partnerships supporting learning, education, and community support.
