- Managed large production team in advanced manufacturing of RF amplifiers for Commercial/Defense/Space applications- TWTs and Micro-wave Power Modules

- Developed and maintained advanced manufacturing processes - laser welding, GTAW, resistance spot welding, RF/hot wire brazing, furnace brazing/firing/sintering (wet/dry H2, vacuum), soldering (NASA J-STD), insertion loss measurements, leak testing and additive manufacturing- Developed/created standard work instructions and operating procedures for both legacy and R&D products- Performed failure analysis and technical support for RCCA - X-ray, SEM/EDS, metallurgical analysis, dye pen, XRF, mechanical testing- Provided technical support for R&D projects and M&P analysis for wide range of materials – Cu, Fe, Ni, stainless, kovar, braze alloys (Cu, Pt, Palco, Nicusil, Ag), ceramics (Al203, BeO, AlN)- Addressed non-conforming material/parts, provided engineering dispositions for NCRs, updated prints, created tooling/fixtures and provided recommendations to design engineers- RF amplifiers (TWTs) manufacturing - electron guns/cathodes, collectors, circuits, waveguide/coax, insertion/loss
