I've worked at Nationwide since 2006 starting at an entry level Processor position and gradually progressing through various technology-related roles. Senior Business Analyst in 2011, to a Specialist in Business Consulting in 2014, to my current role in the IT organization as a Specialist focused on troubleshooting and assisting Nationwide associates with network related issues while working from home.I have experience in working with business areas to create requirements for technology improvements and the expertise to see that those requests are acted upon by IT. I am interested in learning new skills to aid in my various roles and enjoy researching and teaching myself whatever I can. Finding ways to use the tools available to me to simplify processes or create little automations to do tasks is a hobby of mine.I look forward to expanding those skills and seeing what else is in store for my career in the future.
