Im seeking to keep growing on the Food & Beverage industry. My previous work was on Burger and Beer Joint on Puerto Rico, there i had the opportunity to work different position starting as a busser, runner, expo and the on the Fryer station on the line. I was a key holder in charge to open every morning, also to do the inventory every monday. Recently i move to Buffalo, NY and find a job on the Byrd house restaurant as a Grill man, there im improving my skill of cooking trying to fusion puertorrican food whit the american food, Also i keep looking forward to keep learning different food of different cultures and keep growing one of my goals is to be a manager to see how it works because on a future i whant to open my own restaurant.
