1.5 years in Maintenance at the St. Joseph Packaging and Distribution center. This work included PM's, facility maintenance, packaging equipment, and support of engineering projects.In 2017 I moved to the Packaging Process Engineering group. Experience includes day to day troubleshooting of all packaging equipment, managing equipment upgrade projects, change controls, commissioning, validation, and process improvements.In 2022, I transferred to the Automation department. My current role is focused on day to day support and troubleshooting of PLC, robotics, and other controls technologies in Packaging. I have an active role in new technology integrations, and upgrades.

Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment and utilities in 6 facilities throughout my career with the company. Strong production maintenance background with aseptic liquid filling, non-sterile liquid filling, and packaging equipment. Some experience with paste filling and solid oral dose production. After the company was issued a Consent Decree in 2008, I played a major role in remediation and start up of the Non-Sterile and Aseptic production lines from the planning stage through FDA approval of each area. I was the SME and system administrator for 3 Vision Inspection systems used to verify label information, case contents, and stopper placement in glass vials.Through company acquisitions, this experience includes time working for the following companies; Phoenix Scientific Inc. (2002-2005), IVX Animal health(2005-2006), Teva Animal health (2006-2013), and most recently Bayer Healthcare Animal Health(20013- present)
