I am an enthusiastic worker and I have always thoroughly enjoyed my work. I am confident person who has excellent communication skills. I have the ability to work independently but also enjoy the dynamics of working as a team. To be successful in a Management/Health and safety position, engagement and collaboration are key, and I am able to demonstrate my strengths in these areas via KPI improvements, reductions in claims and claim costs as well as reduction in injuries, yet increasing feedback, near miss and risk reporting. With experience in steelworks, quarries and construction, both in management positions and HSE management, I can bring this experience and be able to successfully manage, improve and maintain a high-quality standard, across multiple locations.
