Day-to-day task is to manage assigned projects, Manage and Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Data center and equipment within; Physical and Virtual Server, Storages and other peripherals. Manage and Administer O365, Manage and Monitor Backups for System/Servers, Handle Installation and Management of Anti-Virus (ESET), Management and Monitoring of Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Installation of MS SQL Database; Administer Hospital Information System, Radiology Information System, Laboratory Information System, and Cardiology System.

• Perform day-to-day maintenance of serves, network connections, virtual machines, backups and storages.• Planning and implementation of projects and scheduled maintenance work in coordination with all users.• Supervises user management by adding/editing/deleting user accounts and user access on RIS/PACS• Analyze RIS/PACS process issues, propose action and implement necessary solutions• Work with IT Manager as we develop and enchance Risk Treatment Plan for I.T. Assets• Develops and implements policy and procedure on Backup and Restoration of RIS/PACS Server• Serves as liaison among internal groups, and between the organization and vendors regarding all digital imaging initiative• Provides technical assistance and support related to:o Computer and other peripherals (Printers, UPS, etc.)o Network related issueso Radiology Information System (HIS Integration, Process flow, User Errors, etc.)o Picture Archiving Communication System (RIS Integration, Process flow, User Errors, etc.)o Radiology Machines• Implemented new Heart Care System – For viewing of medical images and creation of report medical report (GE ViewPoint System).• Migrated RIS/PACS Server from Physical to Virtual (Nutanix HCI)• Managed effectiveness and connection of Nutanix Hyper Converged Infrastructure.• Document all received and done projects, queries and other issues.

• Play a vital role in implementation of Bizbox8 system (HIS, MMS, PHIC, FMS)• Developed report templates using SQL Server Report Builder• Provides technical assistance and support related to: o Computers and other peripherals (Printers, UPS, etc.) o WiFi connection o Network related issues o Hospital Information System (Process flow, System Bug, User Errors, etc.) o Material Management System (Process flow, System Bug, User Errros, etc.) o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)• Document all received and done queries and issues.• Responsible of Hospital Information System and Material Management System user accounts and user access (Add, Edit Delete).
