• Manage and coordinate all projects for BACA Systems, including all logistics, shipping overseas, out of state, out of country, etc. Working with customs, brokers and international specialist to coordinate delivery of the equipment to the customer site. • Manage and schedule all system installations, working with various trades, power companies, water (city), and customers to ensure critical deadlines are met and systems are successfully installed. • Manage manufacturing workforce with shop manager, coordinating resources for system installations, customer service calls, site visits and any customers needs that arise.• Coordinate with purchasing to get all equipment, parts and supplies needed for system builds. Meeting daily to ensure lead times are monitored to meet scheduled deliveries. • Customer focal point – working directly with our customers and getting to know them in the process, working diligently to ensure their project goes well and we set them up for a successful installation and training of their system. If any issues occur, working directly with service manager to resolve immediately and get the system back online to reduce any downtime.
