Led a 20+ person ministry team, growing campus attendance from 1,400 to 1,800 adults in under two years. Developed an Executive Leadership Team and new Organizational Values, and delivered 45-50 engaging talks annually to diverse audiences. Key member of the Transition Team, driving major re-organization, new hires, strategy implementation, and reducing.

Led a team overseeing weekly gatherings for college students and young adults (~125 attendees). Developed and implemented multiple training programs for Millennials and Gen-Z, and trained staff and volunteers in events, discussion groups, and missions. Managed creative projects, including video testimonials, small group training materials, and discipleship.

Collaborated with a small team to manage video projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and client expectations. Met with clients to write and pitch ideas, producing creative content that connects emotionally and aligns with organizational goals.
