I am a seasoned product management professional who leads the development and delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions. I was previously a Senior Manager at Tata Communications, where I managed a portfolio of products that included MPLS-VPN, Internet, and Airport Connectivity Services.My core competencies include agile methodologies, IP VPN, Internet Protocol (IP), and digital transformation of Operations Support Systems (OSS) & Business Support System (BSS). I successfully expanded the network coverage of our products through strategic partnerships, aligned our offerings with the unique regulatory landscape in China, and responded to key customer RFPs. I was a driving force in transforming an India-centric MPLS-VPN network into a truly global network and launching one of the first IP over satellite services in the Asia Pacific region.
