Purchase non-stock parts for vehicles. Manage a $100,000 inventory at primary shop for 165 veh and ordered special and stock orders for a 65 vehicle satellite shop. Order fuel and maintain fuel system for both shops.Tracked warranty, coded purchases for main, satellite and container shop. Logged purchases on PO log. Acted as shipping and receiving clerk using various pieces of equipment to load or UN-load trucks/trailers: I have a license to operate a forklift. Dropped off and picked up parts. Managed a consignment inventory. Conducted a by-annual inventory. Managed vendors for warranty, pricing and products supplied. Printed end of month reports for controller. I also designed a PO log that lets the user track expenses by profit center, vendor or any specific field. This was developed further and is now in use by all divisions country wide.
