Bryan Shank is the Executive Vice President / Regional Manager for Fidelity National Title Company’s Greater NorCal Operation which covers Sacramento, Solano, Placer, El Dorado, Shasta, Humboldt, Nevada, Lassen, Butte, Yolo, Yuba, Tehama, Plumas, Modoc and Sutter Counties. With his recent promotion to Division #3A Regional Manager, he has also added 2 Oregon operations in the Willamette Valley to his region.Fidelity National Title is a member of the Fidelity National Financial family of companies and part of the nation’s largest group of title companies and title insurance underwriters.Bryan has been with Fidelity since 1992 and has come up through the ranks learning every aspect of the Title and Escrow industry. Bryan began as a Title Only officer, and 3 years later joined the sales staff. As a Sales Representative, Bryan soon became the top producing Sales Rep, earning the title of Top Producer / Sales Revenue for an unprecedented 8 years in a row. He is a multiple Million Dollar Producer Award winner, and a member of Fidelity’s prestigious, Hall of Fame. In 2006, he assumed the Sales Manager’s position, training, mentoring, and motivating a sales staff of 18. In this role, Bryan strategized and implemented several programs aimed at increasing market share in all areas. In 2006, he became the Assistant County Manager where he honed his skills as a manager, through recruiting, hiring, training, and developing escrow and sales employees to meet and exceed set goals for the operation.Bryan was named County Manager in August 2007, supervising the escrow and sales staff. During his tenure as County Manager, Bryan, has grown his operation through his leadership, knowledge, experience and constant focus on customer service and satisfaction, building loyal customers and fostering dedicated employees. Bryan is recognized as the leader of one of Fidelity’s consistently top operations in the country, and in February 2020, Bryan was named Region Manager for the Greater Northern California Region of Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title and Humboldt Land Title operations doubling his operation to over 200 employees under his direction and leadership.In his spare time, Bryan is an avid golfer but enjoys time with his family the most. With his wife, Andrea, they enjoy boating, sports, traveling and spending time with their 6 children and 6 grandchildren.
