As a youth ministry intern, I worked alongside the youth minsiters and my cointerns to lead and guide the teenagers at North Atlanta Church of Christ during the summer. My main responsibility was to build and maintain relationships with the students (grades 7-12). I took part in everything that the ministry offered which included a church camp, youth conference at Lipscomb University, and a mission trip to Panama. I also taught lessons and led Bible studies as I helped each student grow in their faith. This opportunity gave me a wide range of experience that will be helpful in any future position.

I took part in everything that the ministry offered which included a hiking trip to Colorado, going to a youth conference at Lipscomb University, and attending Palmetto Bible Camp. I taught lessons and led Bible studies as I helped each student grow in their faith. This opportunity gave me a wide range of experience that will be helpful in any future position.

As a youth ministry intern, I worked alongside the youth minister to help lead the spiritual lives of students ranging in age from 12 to 18. I helped to plan, organize, and lead activities for the entire youth group for the entire summer. At times, I was in charge of as many as 80 students. This experience helped my leadership, organization, and communication skills.

For three weeks each summer, I worked as a camp counselor at a day camp. I helped supervise the campers and lead activities for the campers.

I worked as a soccer referee at Williamson County Soccer Association. I was required to know all of the FIFA "Laws of the Game" and implement them in the soccer games. I officiated games for age groups ranging from 8 to 14. I worked both as the main referee and assistant referee on three-man crews. This allowed me to learn how to work together as a team and use my communication skills.
