Product Lead Responsibilities:- Evaluate and advise on development requests from both internal and external clients.- Ensure new product development requests are technically achievable and conform to all relevant legislation, regulations and policies.- Create and manage development and implementation timelines.- Provide software specifications, testing information and guidance to the QA group.- Coordinate with project managers to ensure product timelines are met.Software Developer Responsibilities:Develop, test and maintain enterprise applications for fleet management and mobile workforce solutions for oilfield services and towing industries including the following:- Vehicle telematics data collection software including; GPS, diagnostic trouble codes (DTC), fuel usage, idle statistics, power take-off (PTO), driver behavior, engine hours, and odometer.- Mobile field ticketing software for the Oilfield industry.- Electronic Hours of Service software for commercial driver log books.- Driver Vehicle Inspection software for commercial vehicles.- Lone Worker safety monitoring software.- Integration of proprietary hardware with third party hardware such as; debit/credit pin pads, printers, annunciators, LED signs, magnetic and RFID card readers Bluetooth devices and cellular modems.- Develop Win32/WinCE NDIS drivers to facilitate cellular and satellite communications.- Develop automated test software for distributed system testing.

- Implement fleet telematics and work force management systems for the para-transit, taxi, towing and EMS industries.- Project management for system deployments.- Provide technical support to clients during planning, deployment and support phases.- Coordinate with software partners, wireless cellular carriers and 3rd party hardware manufacturers during system planning and deployment to ensure system implementation is completed within the project timelines.- Coordinate internal resources for hardware production, software development, quality assurance testing and account billing.

- Product presentations and sales- Manage client portfolios - Inventory Management- Repair and maintenance of recreational vehicles.
