Responsible for overall control systems project coordination. Including the design, installation, programming, commissioning, and project closeout of complete controls systems.Ensures project meets contractual or specified requirements as well as considering customer needs to execute the project successfully.Knowledge required to perform job duties include:- Various building automation system products and protocols- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment- Mechanical systems theory and application- Construction processes and documentation- Electrical concepts, design and installation- General Information Technology concepts and implementation- Comprehensive array of PC and controls systems software

Under general direction, acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete control systems projects with assigned customers. Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout. Responsible for the overall financial results of assigned projects including: costs, project billings, and collections. Maintains an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results. Actively pursues selling change orders. Coordinates communication with the customer during all phases of the project. Ensures proper execution of warranty.Provides work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary. Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. Adheres and ensures Johnson Controls staff and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards.

Providing tenants with a high level of customer service in the completion of tenant requests. Providing support and assistance to ensure the preservation and maintenance of the base building equipment and system to further ensure expected performance and alleviate unnecessary and unscheduled breakdowns and maintain tenant comfort. Have extensive knowledge and ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical equipment which includes: -Automation systems and low voltage controls-Vaneaxial and centrifugal fans for commercial air handling units DDC controls and electric motors -Variable air volume boxes -Variable frequency drives-Centrifugal and turbine pumps for chilled water, hot water and domestic water -Valves, steam equipment, air compressors and generators
