CurrentIn my role I source, screen, and conduct telephone interviews for potential candidates. Prepare detailed resumes and manage interview scheduling, feedback, and salary negotiations. I also advise and train recruiters and managers on recruitment procedures, policies, and guidelines. I have demonstrated strong technical and business acumen and excellent candidate assessment skills. I also consult and collaborate with senior managers on various HR concerns.
