Bryan Stevens – Founder and President of Frontline Forward has created a “first of its kind” facility in North America, with its first location being Kitchener, Ontario. Bryan and the staff of Frontline Forward have been working with laser focus, to ensure a safe and secure environment for frontline workers.With thorough knowledge of the impact a career as a 1st Responder can have emotionally, physically and mentally, Bryan has opened a wellness centre known as Frontline Forward Ltd. The facility, whose focus is “helping those who help others”, is specialized in working with Frontline staff including paramedics, police, fire, military, registered nurses, doctors, corrections officers and social workers. The facility offers a fully functional gym, yoga/meditation studio, on site psychotherapy, chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage and fascial stretching therapy. As a retired Ornge Paramedic, with a career spanning 30 years, Bryan touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients and their families. He has been first hand witness to and has been part of many tragedies as they unfolded, trying desperately to provide a helping and healing hand, or simply - a hand to hold or a shoulder to cry on. However, his career choice and compassion for others, affected his personal well-being. “When someone is silent, it`s time to listen. We are doing just that by creating a community of healing for a community in crisis! Each and every day, our goal is to provide a place, a safe place, for Frontline personnel and anyone suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or Occupational Stress Injury complications. A one-hour talk show, hosted by Bryan Stevens airs every Saturday, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM EST on FM 98.5 CKWR, online at www.ckwr.com and on Rogers Channel 945.Addressing the issues first responders face, each and every day, Bryan and guests address the those situations and provide helpful suggestions and discussion.

Provided Critical Care Medical services to those who were sick or injured (adults and pediatrics) in the pre-hospital setting and who also required inter facility transport.

Educating, training, and certification of Primary and Advanced Care Paramedics. Providing them with the necessary tools and skills to challenge the Provincial Exam.

Providing the Coaches, players, staff with a strong and positive leadership, provided overall team organization and development. Responsible for hiring and releasing of players and staff, coaching duties if needed. Coordinated marketing strategies. Head of scouting program and development/deliver of on and off ice training/fitness programs.

Provide training, education, certification to Primary/Advanced/Critical Care Flight Paramedics in Ontario.

Coordinator of the Simulator Program, programming education, application and delivery of the material outlined by the Education Dept.

Provided "international" advanced critical care treatment and transport to those who are sick or injured and who required immediate transport home.

Providing emergency medical advanced life support care.
