As the IT Director for JumpStreet Indoor Trampoline Park, I provide remote and local support for over 18 locations and 800 employees throughout 7 states. I oversee equipment purchases, email infrastructure, Point of Sale setup and maintenance, website programming, updates and improvements, development of internal tools for reporting and internal correspondence, maintaining security camera systems, G Suite administration, integration of Amazon and Mailgun API tools with existing online forms and newsletter systems, graphics design, print works creation, and local office support at Jumpstreet headquarters. This position encompasses all facets of it administration coupled with problem solving and figuring out fast, cost efficient solutions to a variety of problems and has a focus on back end system programming for our online management tools. In addition to general troubleshooting I also perform purchasing for all related it equipment for new locations and remodeled stores. I install all related phone systems, video surveillance systems, point of sale systems and related peripherals, printers network configuration, segmented guest internet access, sound systems, and phone to speaker paging systems. Throughout my career with Jumpstreet I have also built an extensive set of in-house management systems with procedural PHP, MySQL and Wordpress. Tools include employee management, Time Off Requests, dynamic onboarding and terminations, scheduled form submissions, Inventory Management and estimated order calculations, a maintenance and ticketing system, a financial reporting tool, and many more that integrate user data in one place with a variety of functions.

Aspen Computer Solutions was a local technical support firm in Aspen, CO and I was working with the owner operator with various technical support and SaaS services. I provided onsite system setup and support to home and business users, management and configuration of exchange and virtual office system in server 2003 and 2008 environments, and managed various virtual computer platforms through VMware systems running on Windows server 2003. I also provided support for managed clients, offices and companies throughout the roaring for Valley. In addition to support and service, I was tasked with generating new leads, selling upgraded laptop and desktop systems to clients, and selling peripherals and equipment as the need was recognized while performing onsite support.
