Our project charter objectives have a responsibility to the Iraq government with regards to promote and develop local contractors to achieve large scale project on time with the highest of safety standards and lowest of welding failure in the Rumaila filed.Our Project team is small in regards to project scope, and this allows myself to strive and develop and put into practise the my MSC asset degree learning and prove to my PM results are achievable.Confident in planning and development or resources to ensure workforce and equipment required on site when required and allowing the whole life cost budget to be maintained.

Tar Assistant Team Leader
Working in a Project management capacity with high emphases to hands-on approach to TAR operations within Iraq's major crude oil gathering stations on the Rumaila oil field. Create daily/weekly and monthly reports of construction work performed by several contractors, complete GOC documentation, and work pack completion for station handover back to clients. Supervise the mechanical completion phase and transition to final Hook-up and Commissioning Phase. Provide safety monitoring/leadership that include but not limited to - toolbox talks and safety briefs, PTW system, confined space cleaning, working at heights and lifting operations.In the absence of project personnel, I have chaired monthly performance review meeting as Petrofac shutdown manager to senior management of clients. Managed planning and implementation of safe and completion of fourteen successful gathering station turnaround as shutdown manager.

Documentation of all equipment and certification used on the factory floor was recorded and stored within the Quest in-house quality software updated on a daily and weekly basis.
