Assist other team members with early site shutdown planning before site mobilization through to completion and construction. Create daily/weekly and monthly reports of construction work performed by several contractors, complete GOC documentation, and work pack completion for station handover back to clients. Supervise the mechanical completion phase and transition to final Hook-up and Commissioning Phase. Provide safety monitoring/leadership that include but not limited to - toolbox talks and safety briefs, PTW system, confined space cleaning, working at heights and lifting operations.In the absence of project personnel, I have chaired monthly performance review meeting as Petrofac shutdown manager to senior management of clients. Managed planning and implementation of safe and completion of fourteen successful gathering station turnaround as shutdown manager.
