Develop, meet and exceed Professional Development revenue targets for assignedterritory. Develop and implement account strategies to maximize sales within assigned territory.Develop and implement business plans to ensure sales pipeline is continuously increased. Provide consistent quarterly revenue performance. Prepare recurring sales forecasts (pipeline reports) and provide reliable quarterly salesforecasts. Manage lists of current and prospective customers in the territory, keeping currentcomputerized records of contacts, activities, sales potential, etc., (CRM) Coordinate resources used to support the sales process (e.g., proposal development anddelivery, expert presentations, consultant contacts, and collateral materials) Assist clients in identifying solutions and tailor professional development services tomeet clients’ identified needs. Travel throughout assigned territory, meeting with current and prospective customers tomaintain and build account relationships, advise of new product and service offerings,obtain feedback on products and services, and identify new opportunities with currentand prospective customers. Attend appropriate conferences and events, work in trade show booths as needed, meetwith customers and develop new prospects. Assist in identifying new sales opportunities by finding new customers throughnetworking opportunities and researching additional sales opportunities from existingcustomers.
