As an Operations Manager, I handle internal operation system within the company not limited by; Human Resources, Recruitment, Stock Management, Data Entry, handling documents and invoices as well as Staff Management by making sure that all of our staffs follow our SOP protocol.

As a management trainee, I took the OJT class and also learned how the office system works here and how to work together and manage a team. I learned how to trade Forex and also how the global economic system works. We will use what we have learned to consult with potential customers or new people that are interested on how to trading as we have found them after we have possibly developed an interpersonal relationship with them.
