Commingling & Measurement Approval Unit- Review applications from lessees to commingle lease production in pipeline and barging systems and apply knowledge and experience in offshore operations toward establishing requirements, conditions, and limitations under which production is commingled.- Review proposed royalty and allocation facilities and ascertain that metering equipment is designed and operated in accordance with sound engineering practices and applicable OCS Operating Regulations.- Apply engineering knowledge and experience to evaluate oil and gas production processes and metering practices with respect to prudent operation and compliance with existing approvals.- Attend various training sessions and seminars to enhance job knowledge and responsibility.- Perform other related or incidental duties as assigned.
