After being promoted to the lead role, on top of my original jobscope as Adaptive Designer, I additionally took on the responsibility to mentor and monitor my team members to meet client expectations. Also tasked to oversee and work on the haircare account for Procter & Gamble. I have also become the go-to troubleshooter for adaptive design matters, proactively resolving any issues. Allocating work, conducting meetings, and collaborating with the team are part of my role while getting in touch with clients and Client Servicing Representatives to discuss new project briefs and design-related matters.

A small graphic design studio I started with a mission to help small to medium sized businesses solve their creative problems with a focus on brand identity design. I was required to identify and facilitate clients’ business goals and objectives, incorporate and explore client brief and directives, resolve questions and concerns, provide creative vision and concept designs, maintain consistent visual direction as well as stay on brand and coordinate with copywriters, outsourced designers and printers to ensure a smooth transition throughout all touch points from start to finish in a timely manner without compromising quality. I have worked with clients like CIMB, Uber, OSK Property, Venn Group and Prangin Mall.

Tasked with designing the publishing house’s quarterly issued lifestyle magazine INPenang, from designing the page layout and cover, drafting the pagination, collaborating with copywriters to liaising with clients on advertisements. I was also involved in designing the collateral materials for the company’s biennial events (CHT Awards, INPenang Awards and PIE Awards) and other marketing campaign events for clients like Fujifilm and Maxxis Tyres.
