With an extensive 15 years working experience , my career to date has been focused on the provision of effective 1st and 2nd line IT support in demanding private and public sector environments.This valuable practical experience is underpinned by my professional qualifications gained in Computer Science (Honours-Network Engineering (Microsoft Technologies), Advanced Cyber Security Diploma-Level 5 as well as Health and Safety Diploma-Level 2.I worked as an Information Systems Manager for over Three (10) years. My duties and responsibilities were to ensure the stable operation of the computer networks.
