Manage all HR strategy for these lines of business under the Hilton Worldwide Corporate umbrella. Led 2 year organization-wide project to launch a fully virtual, nationwide call center expansion. Developed Virtual Employee Engagement Strategy raising survey scores by 7%. Led HR strategy for $600 million outsourcing of Information Technology organization.  Led HR strategy for $300 million outsourcing of inbound call center organization. Played crucial strategic HR role in the merger of 2 major hospitality companies – Hilton Hotels Corporation and Promus Hotels; key HR role in integration of two distinct Contact Center organizations Led Divisional activities for private equity transfer and corporate transformation process. Established resourceful recruitment methods resulting in improved retention, with emphasis on initial 90-day development period – increasing three month retention by 50%. Led search efforts for call center site selection and facility/labor market strategy. Opened three call centers and closed three call centers. Led efforts to grow an extensive Work at Home population of Reservation Agents expanding to a population of over 2,000 Work at Home agents.
