Notable renovation projects include guestroom, ballrooms and public space at the New York Marriott Marquis, Westin Kierland ballroom addition and renovation, Boston Copley Marriott guestrooms, Newark Airport Marriott ballroom addition, public spaces and guestroom renovations.In addition to the management of a portfolio of CAPEX renovation projects, lead the completion of the development and construction of a luxury131 unit timeshare project in Maui, HI. Project was a Joint Venture partnership between Host and Hyatt Residential Group with Host as the Development Manager and majority equity partner and Hyatt as the JV Manager and Operator.
