The program generates over $240 million in annual sales from approximately 165,000 SF. Responsible for revenue enhancement and daily operations of the retail program with additional responsibility for development and administration of advertising and other ancillary revenue. The program maintains separate property management software and performs its own analysis. The concessions program generates revenue in excess of $40 million (net of direct cash expense) to the airport. Administrative duties include supervision of a staff of 15.

Responsibilities included: preparation of and communication related to budgets, business plans and quarterly strategic property analysis (assorted variance analysis and forecasting), return analysis on development project pro-forma utilizing Excel and Argus, analysis and evaluation of non-standard lease proposals, interfacing with joint venture/financial partners concerning the financial position of properties and material operational issues as required by joint venture and management agreements. Communicate with other departments to assemble information and ad hoc analysis for various projects, including financial projections, financial review, refinancing and development design review. Additional operational responsibilities include national contract negotiation and administration for janitorial, security, and trash, as well as oversight of utility contracts, and utility billing/accounting.
