Drafted motions to dismiss, demurrers, and motions for judgment on the pleadings in order to improve clients’ bargaining position;Represented pro bono client in immigration removal proceeding before the Los Angeles Immigration Court. Drafted a motion to terminate the client’s removal proceedings, which was granted and then paved the way for the client to adjust his legal status and apply for his green card.
