CurrentManage 11 Facilities Maintenance personnel and 12 Security officers across 2 hospital campuses and 28 buildings across 4 counties. Director of Plant Operations duties:Ensures buildings are maintained to all applicable Life Safety and building codes, as well as other codes and standards that govern hospital operations. Perform weekly Environment of Care surveys to ensure compliance.Manages hospital and contracted personnel for repairs and maintenance of building systems such as HVAC, steam, plumbing, emergency power and electrical. Coordination and oversight of construction, renovation, and repair projects, including budgetary responsibility. Repair and maintenance budget of 3.5M+ annually.Manage multiple large capital projects 1M - 30M.Assist facilities staff with troubleshooting all building systems to ensure peak comfort and efficiency. System administrator for the Brightly/WorxHub CMMS system.Ensures integrity of all Joint Commission required facilities records with periodic review. The 2022 Joint Commission triannual inspection found no issues with the Facilities records in any category.Process accounts payable for materials and equipment delivered to the facilities.Security Director duties:Schedules and manages 10 full time security personnel and 2 PRN personnel across 2 hospital campuses. Acts as liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.Reviews security incident response for continuous improvement of the department.Programs, manages, and troubleshoots the access control system to maintain security of buildings, and ensure that all hospital personnel have required access for their duties.Maintains and troubleshoots CCTV camera system. Archives video to aid in investigation of security incidents, and incidents involving staff and the public.Utilize locksmith skills to repair and maintain locks, as well as cut and issue keys to staff. Oversight of contracted locksmith work to ensure compliance with master key system.
