I am Searching to advance a career, seeking a position for a career forward path, as well as willing to go beyond what is expected. I am Currently employed. I have been with the same employer for the past 12 years. I have been an extruder operator for over 11 years. I also have a Collective 4 years of experience as acting team lead. Being positive and keeping morale high is important to me. I am always ready to make a difference.My Job duties include, staff training (I.e. teaching operators the ability to navigate extruders and equipment safely and efficiently), as well as checking product packaging and tooling specifications for accuracy. My office experiences include writing standard work instructions for operating equipment along with fulfilling the job safety analysis for those instructions (using Microsoft Excel), generating Lockout/Tagout Posted Procedures (placards), Other experience include producing and packaging of products independently (without the need of assistance of additional leads or operators), small repair on Extrusion equipment(I.e. pullers, punches, tables, Dies, material loaders, water tanks, etc.), maintaining the production schedule such as Keeping work orders up to date with line times, supervision of team members safety with housekeeping, uniforms, and PPE, as well as trouble shooting product out of specification diagnostics.
