I have a 32+ year career history that includes executive-level positions in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. I’m an experienced professional with extensive experience spanning community impact, effective leadership, strategic partnerships, program development and overall execution of organizational initiatives. GDUW has been active in Douglas County for 64 years, raising $27mil. In the past 7 years, I’ve raised 1/3 of the organization’s overall $27 mil with a support staff of 2! My business savvy and leadership experience has been utilized and uniquely cultivated in both for-profit & non-profit arenas, whether I was managing a team of 350+ associates with an annual budget of more than $75m or leading/equipping a group of 15 to help a community of 600+ families who are then equipped to turn around & impact others locally & globally.
