- APAC Team Lead for Cyber Security Team to support Global and Regional Initiatives.- Build and Support Core Cyber Security Control Tools includes but not limited to ensuring that the essential controls such as DLP, AV, Web/Email Gateways, SIEM, EDR, Web Isolation, Device Control are running effectively. - Responsible in leading Cyber Security initiatives with 11 branches in the region which consist of Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, Vietnam, Myanmar, South Korea, Philippines, Indonesia and Oceania. - Provide guidance and regional directions to all branches with the aim standardising processes and security toolset.- Support Regional Regulatory requirement (e.g. MAS, APRA, RBI and HKMA etc...), including 3LOD.- Prepare Technology Risk Presentation Materials for Regulators and Senior Management.- Working closely with global stakeholders to strengthen the Regional SIEM initiatives. Onboard all branches to the 24x7 GSOC Monitoring, as the Regional SIEM Manager.- Assist and Conduct FFIEC maturity self-assessment in the region to ensure achieving the same maturity level as per Global Direction.

- Department Head for Technology & Facilitie, responsible for all Technology related operations for the Bank including ensuring compliance to all relevant Regulations, Internal Policies, Procedures and Standards.- Responsible for Asia Outsourcing Risk Management ensuring that controls are in place to address Regulatory and Head Office expectation.- Responsible and running the International SIEM Project, end-to-end using IBM QRadar for London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.- Responsible for the overall success of the Bank’s Business Continuity Initiatives which consists of Business Impact Analysis, DR Drill, Gap Analysis, Awareness Training.- Operationalise SIEM post project implementation to ensure that offenses, rules, system, threat intelligence are running smoothly and dealt with, including managing the resource locally and in London and New York.

• Leading a team of 6 on infrastructure/application development.• Overseeing the overall Technology department that manages Security Systems (Juniper Firewall, Cisco Estate, Exchange, File Servers, Active Directory, Linux etc.)• Develop Web/GUI interface to bridge the users with the backend trading system, allowing them to view information quicker.• Preparing MI reporting (technical and business) for transactions carried out over the internet.• WAN deployment extending to Taipei, Tokyo, Macau and Branch using various routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF.
