Since I was 5 years old, sitting in my dad's arms while he showed me our first computer in the home running Windows 3.1, technology has fascinated me. By 10, I was breaking software and learning how to fix it on that same computer, which was my dad's business computer. It wasn't long after that I was given the parts to build my own system to use. This was when my world was opened. I wanted to experience everything!During my time in high school I designed 4 websites, 3 for businesses (one was my own, showcasing my Photoshop digital works as a sort of social profile in the years before Myspace, then Facebook.) I also started work for my dad's company as an entry-level technician, advancing to Lead Technician by the time I graduated 4 years later. My technical abilities, experience, and thirst for knowledge have only grown since then. In the last 15 years, I've managed cell phone accounts with two carriers as the sole contact for my previous workplace, as well as my current one, supporting 2,000+ cellular users, supporting Android and iOS devices, as well as the older Blackberry, Motorola, HTC devices, and developing a strong cellular device support portfolio. In the last few years, I've discovered a passion for teaching, leadership and technical writing as well.I am a people person, always wearing a smile and maintaining positive energy. I love coaching, learning, and interacting with everyone I meet. These traits span into my personal life as well, where I am teaching my fiance to ride motorcycles, taking guitar lessons, and spending time outdoors talking with my neighbors while I work on my car.Hopefully, I've made a connection just in what you've learned about me here, but I would love to get to know you too. Just send me an email or message and say hello!
