Providing oversight to the Business Development team that specializes in demonstrating our software to customer prospects and existing customers wishing to expand their software usage. The Business Development team also is responsible for converting new accounts from our competitor's software to ours. This involves analyzing their business processes and setting up those same or similar flows in our software. This team also consists of members who deploy our Supply program which is focused on estimating building projects.I am also responsible for providing oversight to the Production Deployment team. This team deploys our production focused software to our customers. The software includes MVP, ShopNet, and MiTek Production. I also manage our Structure Deployment Manager. He is responsible for promoting MiTek Structure and helping guide development of the software product.

Overall responsibility of the Technical Support Department for Component Manufacturer's Channel, and Supply Channel. I closely work with Sales and the Product Management groups.
