I was the first in that company and position at the time to accuracy invent a way by creating short-keys on their computer system. One out of 60 hired to take orders by phone in Starbucks direct mail order program for the Holiday season. I was one out of 4 chosen to be offered a full time position as a Starbucks Customer service lead.

Creating ways to implement at the time of which cellular and computers were capable of talking to each other in a briefcase like package and also making cellular work for those companies to have the best quality form of communication at its best reliability. Directing the companies sales department in both cellular sales and computer sales.
