I work with small and medium sized companies assisting growth through helping raise finance and then working with the owners to obtain maximum value at exit. To date I have been instrumental in raising close to £20m and have been involved in sales totaling in excess of £75m.

I was responsible for a corporate reconstruction, which included closing 4 loss making overseas subsidiaries, and preparing the company for a partial management and staff buy outI helped raise £9.2m in a complex arrangement in which a PE House invested £5.5m taking 33% of the company and 150 members of staff and management invested £720k sharing a further 33% between them. Our bankers then loaned us £3m.Within 2 years we were close to listing on the LSE which we pulled, decided NASDAQ was not for us and I was part of a 3 man team which negotiated a traded sale to a South African company. The PE house return was an IRR in excess of 70.

Starting from scratch we grew to a staff of circa 15 Clients included some of the best know music groups in the world, well know actors and entertainers, high net worth individuals and a sprinkling of family owned businesses.
