I was the leader of the team responsible for development and support of SaskTel's main CRM application. As time went by, my skillset and focus changed from a technical focus to more "soft skills." I learned a lot about customer focus, relationship building, and leadership. My main focus was to "keep the trains running", making sure my team had everything they needed to succeed, and then getting out of their way! It was a lot of fun, made possible by having a great team!
